Project Notification Reports

Public bodies awarding contracts for public works projects are required to notify the department prior to beginning work on the project (Section 290.262.12). This requirement is part of Missouri's Prevailing Wage Law.

To notify the department, complete the Project Notification form and send by email, mail or fax to the contact information listed on the bottom of the orm. If you have questions regarding public works projects, contact the Division of Labor Standards.
